Build a desktop application used by builders for carrying out Estimation for building projects. Estimate work sheets can be prepared in two ways. The builder can either prepare a work sheet, by selecting a list of Product codes, each representing the activity in the project. The other option is to prepare the estimate work sheet based on a set of predefined templates. Each predefined template represents a particular building activity and carries a list of Product codes relevant to that activity. The builder can use one or more of these templates to prepare an estimate work sheet. This template-based approach speeds up the estimate worksheet creation by a large extent.

Change work orders are then generated based on the estimate work sheet. The change work order is then verified by the Customer and can be modified to arrive at the final work order .The work order reflects all the activities that constitute the work order along with the total costs of all material and labor. These costs are arrived at based on the product codes that represent the activities in the work order. An invoice can also be generated based on the work order.
